Domestic shipping

Please allow 2-4 weeks processing time on your order. Everything is crafted with quality in mind which takes time. Thank you in advance for your patience and support! Once shipped it may take from 1-5 days to reach you depending on your location.

returns & exchanges

If anything needs repair after multiple uses, then a repair service can be selected where you’d send your item back for it to be renewed. If you’ve received the wrong order AND have not opened/tampered with the items, then you may send back and receive 20% refund OR free/discounted additional item for the inconvenience. This package MUST be returned AND received in order for your Correct Order to ship out to you. NO REFUNDS on Digital Products. NO REFUNDS on any portion of Spiritual Work that has already commenced in whatever capacity (Divination, Crafting Product, Recording Reading, etc).

damaged or faulty goods

Provide an email detailing the issue, attaching a picture of the circumstances, along with your order receipt. You may only get an refund/exchange if it has arrived in damaged condition, NOT after it’s been used/worn. You have 24 hours from once you receive the package to report any damages.
