While receiving my Master’s in Public Health, it became my special interest to address the macrolevel and microlevel systems/environment that affect our wellbeing. Emotional health is essential to living a fulfilling life, so I was divinely led to craft a simple worksheet to help you with this process!
This worksheet is in conjunction with my Youtube video (https://youtu.be/pqwA6VOhysQ ) where I discussed the importance of emotional regulation for the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body. This is a KID FRIENDLY worksheet filled with cool visuals your child/student can select to describe their emotions with ease. It also has visuals to help your child/student identify WHERE in their Body this emotion is felt! This is intentionally crafted to promote discussion with your children/students about their emotional wellbeing. You may or may not know, proper emotional identification, processing, and regulation is essential for proper development, mental health, and overall better quality of life.
